wow man..it's been a freakin 13 days(14 days to some of u all if u all go by official timing of posting as 15th August) since my last blog posting...

and judging from the many "fan-mail" i got from IMs(yes yes Sook and Magdelene..u both qualify, as alongside alot more others!!..hahah..), prompting me to blog frequently and tt they don't wanna read bout footie(footie isn't good??hahah...yo peeps...it's me life leh....i eat,slp,breathe football lor!)....i'll have to come out of "hiding" and start posting...


but well..blog postings are a bit like reminiscing the old times, as one sits down...thinks about the good or shitty things that happened from the last blog posting all the way till now...haha..sadly for me...there HAS to be a mixture of both good and bad stuff that happened during this mini-hiatus of blogging...sighz..guess what Glenn Hoddle said bout karma being "what goes around comes around" and that "balance is always there in life" does apply to everyone...1 way or the other!!

hah....well lets talk bout the good things first(im the optimist..so heh heh..bad things can sit at the corner and sulk and wait for ur turn!!muahaha!!)...firstly i wanna give a shout out to my class of F404(yes Yan Yan...i kept my promise and gave u peeps a mention...believe me...i only left F404 out as no time to blog..nt becoz i no response to it...=) )...they gave me, Elden and Nad a surprise BDae celebration for the Leos of our class last Thursday(4th August 2005), Elden's BDae itself!!...thou La certain TCS teacher wasn't the happiest after her class tt day due to unforseen circumstances, Yan Yan and the rest carried on with the celebrations and YES...even though i ended up with more cake on my face than the other 2 due to them putting it on my face as well and that i had to endure the rest of tt day with a sticky face...im still happy and touched..it's the first time my class had ever celebrated my birthday...so thanks again Yan Yan, Zi Hui, Wei Lin, Serene, Jun Yong, Jun Hong, Hao Pin, Xian Jun, Elden, Nad, Tze Kiang and Jun Wen....F404 really hold strong place in my heart....=)

and hey hey..guess what...good things aren't over yet...haha....the 1 more good thing to happen in my life is my relationship with Serene....it's now 11-12 days short of 1 month..and im proud to say that i TRULY love and cherish her alot..and that she really completes my life...haha...today(Sunday) we just achieved a few more debuts too, compared to the last few(tink for nw tt's a secret only avalible and open to me and her..heh heh!hahahah...)....but people, if u all really wanna know...YES IT'S OFFICIAL....me and Ser are now Serence for real....so plz stop bombing her liao k?haha...nt easy for both of us to retain our sanity one leh!hahah...=x..j/k j/k

well...sadly all GOOD things must come to an end..no matter how good they are....sighz...for this blog posting the only bad things that happened to me was the failure of Newcastle United Football Club, both the club in England and the fan-club in Singapore....first up..for the Singapore side, we played Arsenal's fan-club soccer team on Sunday morning(14th August 2005) as part of the celebrations of the start of the new Premiership season whereby Newcastle played Arsenal at Highbury for their opening fixtures(more on tt later..)....we were expecting to put in a good showing for ourselves as well as the NUFC-SG spectators.....sadly we got thrashed 8-2..no thanks to a combination of poor defending at times as well as poor refereeing...i put my hands up for part of a poor defence, was caught out in terms of speed and possession at times...SORRRY TEAM, REALLY AM!!!...but for the poor refereeing...man the referee KAYU man!!f*ck man, he gave lot of advantage to the ARSEnal team, by giving them run of play even though they're OBVIOUSLY offside....sighz....tink the team altogether let NUFC-SG down performance-wise...but nvm...we'll bounce back together and build a new NUFC-SG team worthy of challenging for honours in terms of local fan-club league...HOWAY THE LADS

moving on to the Newcastle-UK side...we played Arsenal today, and many picked ARSEnal to be clear-cut winners today....sadly they did win thou, 2-0 scoreline to be exact..Freddie Ljungberg(pronounced YungBerg) being influential player as he won a controversial penalty to allow THIERRY HENRY(pronounced Tee-Yeah-Ree Horn-Ree) to convert the penalty, and then squaring the ball for Rapist Van Persie(real name Robin Van Persie lah..just tt he's accused of raping a gal while back in his homeland of Holland during pre-season holiday..hah..) to sidefoot past Shay Given.....sighz....referee(AGAIN!!..sighz..today bad day for NUFC..seems tt Referees ALL OVER THE WORLD cant stand the sight of black-and-white..do we really give them the impression of prisoners?hahah...) big figure too as he CONTROVERSIALLY sent off midfield lynchpin-of-the-day Jermaine Jenas for a sliding tackle on Gilberto...we were playing well up to that point before havin to fight on with 10 men...it's already a hard task matching Arsenal with 11...now we gotta do it with 10....shucks!!...but credit to the lads, we handled them well..and it wasn't till the 2nd controversial decision of the day that killed us..referee Steve Bennett adjuged Charles N'Zogbia to have brought down Ljungberg in the Newcastle penalty area while he was preparing to take a shot at goal, when replays show that he DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH HIM at all..bloody diving at show here man!!!!...sighz...so tt's it..2-0 loss on the first day for season..first time in 4 years we lost on opening day.....nvm nvm...HOWAY THE LADS....we'll bounce back definetly..judging on today's showing...lots of positives to take out of this game....

oh yeah..1 more good thing to come out of today...my bonding with the NUFC-SG people...spent arguably the whole day with them today..and talk-cock-sessions really bonded us....HOWAY THE LADS MAN!!!...may we be a group to be reckoned with in future!!!!





so well..tt's the end of 14-15days of blogging inactivity...im STILL trying to find my swashbucklin' style of writing...IM NT THE COMPLETE ARTICLE yet...so please give me more time as i embark on the journey of self-rediscovery..hahah!!
