Yeah...i guess that topic summarizes up the recent 1 week for Newcastle.....our season has taken a funny, but big nonetheless, twist this week..just in the space of 1 week and so much changes has occured....more on that later..


but firstly...to the peeps who constantly read my blog(yes Carissa..haha..you're up for it now....prime nominee...hehheh) for either 1)leisure reading, 2)seeing if their names are on it, 3)wanting to lash out at any part of me...my beloved Newcastle United...or my blog(f*ck you guys man..go screw sm other blogs..or better still..show me ur blog is any better than mine!)......I'M SORRY that there hasn't been a lot of updates lately...work at DaySpring Medical has taken up a hell lot of my time in the early mornings of every weekday...and has left me exhausted in the night to just not be able to post...

but hey..u know what "they" say...better late than never...and hence i'll start off...work, like i mentioned above, has taken up a lot of my time..and during this 10-day hiatus from blogging...i've been with the DaySpring Medical crew doing up medical screenings at a Stat. Board located in Central SG and right now...am at a polytechnic in the North area(not liable to disclose any names as i'm contracted to remain P&C[Privy & Confid.])....

thou i must say for these few days Jessie hasn't been in the best of moods..and i emphatize with her..doing backroom data-entry and data-analysis till the wee-hours of the night..before catching ONLY A FEW HOURS OF SLEEP at most and having to start off a routine cycle of a new day as IC of the screening project seems to be taking its toll....and if me or any staff on the Registration side made any mistake leading to mix-up in the backroom....i'll apologize on their behalf...but SERIOUSLY SPEAKING...i don't tink we made much of a mistake, let alone catastrophe...and if it's anything to go by...the next few stations may have to shoulder some of the blame too.....but im not pointing the fingers yet....although some people have to start standing up and be counted...



well....enough of work..though this next issue here is somehow related to it...it concerns my arguement with 1 of my co-workers at a certain fast-food outlet at Tampines last Friday(April 14th 2005)...apparently she got angry because i dished out constantly insults and diss on her till she couldn't take it...and for that i had to apologize....fine on my side if i really did screw up big-time..but problem is that she's been calling me things like "Bangadleshi"...and "Black-Man" for the past week w/o me retaliating or doing anything to spark off those remarks, and i've put up with her crap long enough....to be lame and joke with someone is ok..but to do that and NOT BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND COUNTER-BARRAGE for it is just stupid and dumb. I mean...those comments are so primary-school..and she can use them right now?? and have the cheek to be angry when i counter-ed...sighz....thou i tell u what....this friendship of ours is seriously on the rocks now...I can live w/o this co-worker in my life...and most probably i'll do that...



sadly...looking at it...i thought this 10-day period for me personally wouldn't get any worse..but it did....with my beloved Newcastle....1 week ago..we were serious contenders for both the UEFA Cup and the FA Cup, and it seemed Newcastle's trophy drought and Alan Shearer's long-awaited dream of winning a trophy with his boyhood club will be over...we lost 4-1 in Lisbon, even after taking a 1-0 away lead to make it 2-0 on aggregate...while a few days later..we suffered a second-straight 4-1 loss at the hands of Man Utd(which i tot was undeserving for them...and a scoreline that flattered them...we GAVE THEM THE GAME...not they winning it...just ask Norwich or Everton how good are they!)...before summing up the week with a morale-deflating 2-1 loss to Norwich at Carrow Road, with Dean Ashton proppin up to head in the winner in stoppage time after Patrick Kluivert had seemed to seal up a deserved point with the equalizer in the 90th minute...

First thing first....it was simply a combination of bad luck and simply being not good enough for the loss at Lisbon. Losing Bramble, Dyer, and Jenas all to injury at the stroke of half-time was a hard blow to take on the face...and it was during this 20-miniute period that Sporting scored 4 to win it...
But for the MaNure game...luck had only a small part to play, it was total DIS-COMMITMENT(im not even sure there's such a word) from the players that led to our downfall...Laurent Robert had the gd chance to put things right after his crazed outburst to the media..but he flunged it..the midfield wasn't even there at the first-half...2-0 to MaNure it read on the stroke of half-time..and i guess the damage was done there...if it was 0-0..we'll have a high chance of matching Man Utd..and disgraceful scenes of Butt NOT ACKNOWLEDGING the Geordie faithful is just embarassing and hurtful to say the least....


well...i must say it's the end of 1 hell-of-a-long blog posting...although i must say considering that it's the event of 10 days...it might have deserved a longer posting....hahaha...well..i'll leave it up to u guys to read it......will be posting up my article of Newcastle's dismal run soon..so keep an eye out for it..

(PS: well...after so long...YES..i still miss her..and it's growing by the day..but im keeping my cards to myself....not going to make any mistakes i made last time...and I MEAN IT!!!....25-26 days and counting....)
